• Responsible for the engineering department day-to-day operations in leading, planning and managing.
• To lead and motivate a team of engineering personnel to meet company’s goal and objectives.
• Comprehending and executing company rules and regulations.
• Responsible for line efficiency improvement.
• To participate in quality meeting with suppliers, sub-contractor and customer (when applicable).
• To prepare staff confirmation and annual review reports and ensure that the staffs are adequately trained.
• Authorized to approve engineering document and also the specification changes.
• Authority to liaise with vendor on purchase of equipment.
• To carry out job assignment from time to time assigns by superior.

• Working time: Admin hour

Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month

• Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi – Vinh Phuc- Ha Noi route.

• University graduated-Engineering Degree holder
• Well understand electrical and electronic product assembly and finished product technology
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience related to production, mechanical, automation
• Ability to speak Japanese for business communication.
• Have experience and ability to transfer new project from Japan and other countries to factory in Viet Nam
• Willing to contribute to achieving company targets (not only individual or department ones)
• Good health
• Work independent and team work.
• Can train and instruction subordinate
